Compass International
Young Professionals Division of Pilot International
Compass International is the young professional division of Pilot International.
A Compass Club is a community-based organization for high school graduates or young adults up to the age of 26 (Japan District – age of 28). It is an opportunity to participate in community service
projects, develop leadership skills, and advance personal and professional goals.
Compass clubs join Pilot International's commitment to building
a sustainable organization into the future.
Our Mission
Pilot International’s mission is to influence positive change in communities throughout the world.
To do this, we come together in friendship and service, focusing on encouraging brain safety and health
and supporting those who care for others.
The ABCs of Pilot International
The ABCs were formally introduced at the January Mid-Year Conference in 2013.
With the reinstatement of Compass Clubs and promotion of Pilot, Anchor, and Compass as equals in Pilot International, the ABCs were redefined in 2020 to be a marketing tool that define what we do as Pilots.
The ABCs of Pilot
Compass interest is on the rise as we see continued growth. We have five Compass Clubs and are looking to form even more. This past year was challenging but members continued to serve their communities and making a difference. The Compass Club of Troy University has been very active and our new clubs are off to a great start. Consider forming a Compass Club in your community today. The rewards are endless!
